As our lifestyle is changing day by day,we have seen dynamism in all respects like taste ,habits and preferances....likes ,dislikes are varying regionwise , location wise and countrywise.... although this lifestyle is not suitable and beneficial for our health still we are adopting it..so for the sake of our health ,it's better to follow healthy habits and keep our body fit and healthy ....some tips are mentioned hereunder -
1. Go to bed early -
In ancient days,our ancestors used to go to bed early,as there were no options of wasting time like social media...hence they do work rigoursly throughout the day and hence go to bed early...and due to consistent habit of sleeping early their quality of sleep is also good...
2. Wake up early -
Our ancestors are also used to wake up early ,as because they go to bed early..waking up at 4:30a.m. it's a best time known as BRAHMA MUHURT in India...this time is very good to study something or for doing or creating something new or to pray God's ...at this time out brain and mind is in peaceful state and it is actively open ...what we feed into it that time it grasp it quickly...do some positive things at this time...don't waste time on social media immediate after waking up...
3. Do exercise or yoga daily -
It is most essential part which plays one of important role in healthy habits...doing yoga,exercise can relieves us from strain and stress..which boosts our memory power & helpful in balancing the thoughts & behaviour..doing it regularly keeping us healthy & fresh throughout a day...
4. Take balance diet / Eat healthy -
Balance diet means food which contains sufficient carbs, proteins,fats, vitamins,minerals.. adhering to this habit it improves our immune system as well as good posture of a body and texture of skin.....
5. Drink plenty of water -
Our body is made up of 70% of water ..so water is integral liquid for it..proper intake of water and fibre improves our digestion also improves texture and colour of skin..so drink plenty of water and keep your body hydrated..
6. Adequate sleep -
This is needed to relax our body mentally as well as physically...if we don't take proper sleep it disturbs our daily routine,we feel sleepy and lazy throughout a day .and hence at least 7-8 hours sleep is must....
