POWER OF MEDITATION.......
Hello guys,In my previous article you must have read about subconscious mind and I hope you have gained a lot from it..so here today also I have come up with such one more similiar topic called MEDITATION.....
           We must have heard about mediation and it's benefits and all..but I am also going to share you with detail information on it....so stay connected till the end of the article...so let's get started....😊
          So first, let's understand what meditation exactly means?πŸ€” So basically , meditation is a process or way of maintaining balance and peace at mind level very deeply....and somewhere soothing our heart and relaxing our mind and soul...in short that's the process through which we instruct our brain to relax our muscles ,inner organs from within ,after paying peer attention without any disturbance to each and every part of the body from within....so just know more about it that why do we needed it ?????πŸ€·πŸ€”.....Is it that relevant to practice on regular basis ????? 
      There is big YES ,that it is of utmost essence to practice on regular basis...most of us are living in hectic environment ,speedy lifestyles ,and arrogant boss at work place so life has become too speedy...and due to this most of us suffering from tension,stress and get disturbed very easily ...so because of such disturbance our mind or brain is unable to focus or concentrate on certain important things...so we need assistance to balance it ,and work properly with a great focus...hence MEDITATION is that key to relax and re-energise us and it came into practice and within no time people get awared of it....
      Actually , Meditation techniques have also mentioned long years ago in our vedaas,granthas etc...but less people was awared of it ....but slowly as its need rises day by day then it become vital in our life.....so let's move on to its next aspect -

BENEFITS - 
          Meditation is the best technique which we can easily practice at our convenient place I.e. even at our home..just we needed peace and silence there...it has lots of benefits some of them illustrated as follows -
1) Meditation techniques helps us relives tension ,stress....
2) It improves our concentration..
3) It also helps us to retain what we have learnt and  helps to memorise it fast ..
4) It relives muscles and inner organs...
5) It provides energy to us...
6) It maintain peace at mind level..and keep us on track...
7) It also helps us in decision making process..
8) It also update our thought process..and gives us broder vision..
9) It also provides clearity in all aspects...
10) Last but not the least ,It also strengthen our confidence...
 So these are some benefits of it..now just have a look on its steps which will help you how to practice it at home..

STEPS -
 1) Sat on the mattress or on the floor with padmasana posture...
2) Sat straight...joint hands like Namaskara posture...
3) Just focus on breathing ..i.e on inhaling and exhaling...
4) don't pay attention to your thoughts that comes in your mind ,just try to ignore it and simply focus on breathing..
5) just repeat this process till 20 minutes...
That's it....it's that easy to do at home...
It seems that easy but trust me it's benefits are mind blowing .....just do it on regular basis..do it in the morning or in the in the evening no time boundation..but best way you should practice it in the early morning as because ,there is peer silence in the morning than at other time slot....hence practising it daily in the morning gives you better results..it won't make miracle overnight ,you have to be patient and consistent....

So at last I would like to conclude with Swami Vivekananda's thought on it....
so just don't believe in my words ..first do it regularly and see the difference in yourself...
